Plot: A minor female idol group "Houkago Pretty Seitokai (trans. Pretty student council after school)" was kidnapped. They were imprisoned and put collars. A stranger let them show off their strong points on network for an audience to take a vote on who is the most popular idol. Member who wasn't not popular had to be raped and killed.
